DATES TO REVOKE UNION MEMBERSHIP
DEDUCTIONS
Some Colorado school districts have negotiated in their collective bargaining
agreements a certain window of time in which teachers who want to stop
deducting union dues and membership fees from their paychecks for the
entire school year must submit a request. We recommend consulting the
school district in question to confirm the information below. Contact
your district if it is not listed.
The dates when teachers can revoke deductions are listed in
RED.
Specific guidelines for the revocation process, where available, are listed
below the dates.
